AquaNest was created in response to the growing need to prevent water-related accidents and promote water safety from the earliest years of life. During holidays and in everyday situations, many parents face challenges managing their children's safety in swimming pools or at the beach. Although some children take swimming lessons, many parents underestimate the risks or are unsure how to respond in emergency situations.

AquaNest was born as a practical and educational solution to empower parents and children to navigate aquatic environments safely and confidently. Founded in 2024, AquaNest combines a technical and emotional approach, teaching survival skills while fostering a strong connection between parents and children during swimming lessons.

Welcome to AquaNest! I'm Ana Mauricio, a passionate swimming instructor specializing in water survival skills for babies, children, and adults. With more than 20 years of experience in swimming education, I created AquaNest to address a critical need: empowering parents with the knowledge and skills to keep their children safe in and around water.

Every year, countless families face the devastating consequences of drowning accidents. I founded AquaNest not only to prevent these tragedies but to build a community where parents feel confident and prepared to teach their children essential water safety and survival skills.

AquaNest is more than just a swim school—it's a movement towards safety, inclusion, and lasting connections. We offer both in-person lessons and innovative online courses, making swimming education accessible to all, including those in remote areas and children with unique needs.
